Randy has handled all types of legal matters in his 23 years of practice including many civil and criminal jury and bench trials. He served as a Special Assistant DA for six years in the early 90's. From 1985 until 2001 he was an adjunct professor at Nicholls teaching Successions, Legal research and Legal Analysis and Writing. Randy has been actively involved in real estate law for most of his years of practice. He has had the privilege of handling thousands of closings for area families and businesses and, of course, looks forward to handling many more. He is Attorney for the Bayou Board of Realtors and an approved lecturer for the Louisiana Real Estate Commission.
As a business, his law practice has an emphasis on real estate and is structured to provide fast and professional closing services. With a full-time abstractor and assistant abstractor, and an office staff of 5 full and part-time personnel, the office is dedicated to providing the highest level of service to its clients. The firm's proprietary title research software platform and database enables it to handle a large volume of abstract work with far greater efficiency and accuracy than manual searching alone can provide. Other areas in which the firm has handled a number of cases are Estate and Successions, Corporate and Business formation and administration, Creditor and debtor representation in Bankruptcy cases, and limited areas of family law matters. The firm's goal is to provide personal and attentive service in a friendly but professional setting at reasonable costs to its client. |
